Staging homes in Denver, Colorado since 2005,
Stacey is an industry professional with a degree in Interior
Design. She became a certified stager through the nationally
recognized organization, Home Staging Resources. With over 10 years
experience in visual merchandising, she is able to utilize those
techniques when staging homes for the best possible sale. She
continues to be an active member in local organizations such as
Colorado Association of Staging Professionals, American Society of
Home Stagers and Re-designers and Stage it Forward. Stacey has been
featured in Renew Magazine’s “ask the expert,” and gives back to the
community through Habitat for Humanity.
With her experience in staging both owner
occupied and vacant homes Stace’s Spaces is familiar with individual
markets and has the resources and expertise to effectively prepare
any available home (or property) for a rapid sale. Selling homes is
about marketing a commodity and Stace’s Spaces helps Realtors, Home
Owners and Builders maximize their potential profit and minimize
time on the market. When Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
looked at nearly 2,800 properties in eight U.S. cities in 2004, they
found that the staged homes, on average, sold in half the time of
non-staged homes. Sellers with staged homes ended up with 6.3% more
than their asking price, with sellers with non-staged homes sold for
1.6% more than the asking price.
Stace’s Spaces has staged condos priced at
$100,000 to homes for $1.9 million. Offering services as little as
a 1-2 hour consultations or a complete staging packing. Stace’s
Spaces knows what it will take to get the home sold in the quickest
amount of time and for the most profitable price possible.
