- Consultation
A verbal walk through of home. At this time we will
recommend packing, rearranging, cleaning, and repairing items to
maximize selling potential. We will also recommend
additional purchases and suggest available rental items if
needed.
- Do-it-Yourself
Report
After completing a consultation we will then create a report
for those who wish to complete the recommendations on their own.
This report will walk you through the suggestions we discussed.
Staging your home is hard work and we will help you tackle this
task with a complete staging checklist customized for your home.
- Owner Occupied Staging
This service is for homes that are furnished. We
offer this service by the hour. We can do as little or as
much as you would like. You will be amazed
at the dramatic transformations a Professional Home Stager is
able to accomplish in a single day using what you already have!
Successful home staging must make financial sense and Stace’s
Spaces is experienced and knowledgeable in making the most out
